While speaking on the occasion, Sr Vice Chairman of forum Bhupinder Singh lambasted the State government to not pay due attentions towards the Salary issue of SSA teachers. Singh said that goverment called us two times for meeting regarding the delinking of SSA salary from MHRD to State budget but both the times Education Minister refused to delink the salaries and even refused to give the benefit of 7th pay commission to SSA teachers as a result JK RET teachers forum is protesting on roads from last twenty five days. Bhupinder Singh said that, they are demanding to delink our salaries from MHRD to State budget as all SSA teachers are the employees of State government which is the only solution of this salary issue.
