CEO refuses to detach attached employees

Jammu, July 18: Showing utter disregard to government's order regarding detachment of all attached employees, the Chief Education Officer (CEO) Udhampur and has allegedly sent a forged compliance report to higher authorities.
Sources informed Early Times that a power full lobby in CEO's office that runs transfers and attachment industry in Udhampur district has sent a forged compliance report to the Education Department in response to GAD's order regarding cancellation of all attachments.
"Pritam Chand, teacher, attached in Higher Secondary School (HSS) Basantgarh, original place of posting Middle School Parla Chakal 2; Pushpa Devi, HSS Basantgarh, original place of posting primary school Gursala; Riaz Hussain, attached in ZEO office Dudu, original place of posting HSS Basantgarh; Rajesh Kumar, Physical Education Teacher attached in HSS Basantgarh, original place of posting Middle School Balotta Upperla. These are officials who have not been detached by CEO despite government's order", sources said.
They said there are people who are enjoying attachments since 2004, after lapse of one and half decade, but no dares to detach them.
"Nisha Sharma, ReT, regular teacher attached in HSS Latti, original place of posting Middle School Balotta Chigla; Amit Gupta, attached in HS Balotta Chigla, original place of posting is PS Barian Manyal. Both these teachers are attached for more than 15 years", sources said and added that there are ReT Teachers who are enjoying attachments at their favourite places.
"Zubair Khalid, RET teacher attached in HSS Latti, original place of posting Middle School Pouna; Razia Begun, ReT regular attached in district Library Udhampur, original place of posting is P S Gursala", sources said and added that Nek Ram, Master who has close proximity with the CEO is calling shots in CEO office for years together.
