RAMBAN, July 18: A free eye and ENT diseases check up camp was organised by Rotary Eye and ENT Hospital Udhampur in collaboration with Raghunath Aushadhi Bhandar.
The camp was inaugurated by Dr Mohan Lal Sharma in presence of Chairman Rotary Eye Foundation Udhampur D N Sharma, Sanjeev Sharma organiser of the camp, Parminder Khajuria.
The team of the hospital lead by Eye Specialist Dr Ankur Goel, ENT Specialist (Ex Professor Batra Medical College Jammu) Dr Rakesh Sharma, Sr. Ophth. Asstt. B L Bhat, Ophth Asstt. Sumeet Khajuraho, Amit Sharma Vision Technician, Sanjay Sharma Lab Tech., Anil Gupta Secretary to Chairman, Shashi Bhushan Driver, Umbrash Singh Vision Tech., Roshan Lal ENT Asstt, Girdhari Lal Optician participated in the camp.
More than 500 patients suffering with Eye and ENT ailments were examined in the camp out of which 50 patients were deducted for eye surgery and 110 patients were deducted for ENT surgeries and procedures. The poor patients those needs surgical procedures will be operated free of cost at Rotary Eye and ENT Hospital Udhampur. It was observed in the camp that there are large number of patients suffering with ENT diseases were seen. |
