Great Grandson of Maharaja Hari Singh visits various villages

JAMMU, July 18: Convener Ran Vijay Singh, great grandson of Maharaja Hari Singh toured villages, towns cities and border areas of Jammu and Kashmir state and found that all the people of the state have great love, respect and regards for Maharaja Hari Singh who brought many social reforms for the betterment and welfare of the general public. While touring the above said areas, Ran Vijay Singh assured the general public that birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh will be celebrated on 23rd September, 2018 like every year in the past and in future also, in order to pay homage to Maharaja sahib and also to remember him on this precious day for his good deeds. Singh also stated that Govt. should declare the holiday on 23rd September, keeping in view the aspirations of the general public. It is also in place to mention that the resolution for declaration of the holiday on birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh was moved by his worthy father MK Ajatshatru Singh Member of Legislative Council J&K state already stands approved by the Legislative council of J&K state.
Speaking before the general public at various public meetings during the tour, Ran Vijay Singh assured the general public that his will continue to struggle for declaration of holiday on the birth anniversary of Maharaja Singh which falls on 23rd September every year. He also stated that Govt. should not test the patience of the people of Jammu and Kashmir who love and respect Maharaja Hari Singh from the core of their hearts.
