Panthers protest against BJP
9/16/2018 9:58:17 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 16: Activists of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party today staged a protest demonstration at exhibition ground Jammu.
According to press release, coming down on BJP for stooping low and playing cheap politics on the eve of announcement of Municipal polls, scores of Panther activists led by Gagan Pratap Singh State Secretary JKNPP staged a vociferous protest demonstration at Exhibition Ground in Jammu today.
The agitated protesters while raising anti-BJP slogans accused the saffron goons of tearing Panther's flex boards hoardings in Jammu city and sought their immediate arrest in pursuance to the FIR lodged in this regard.
Addressing the media, Gagan Pratap Singh charged BJP of stooping low and playing cheap politics ahead of Municipal polls. He divulged that on the eve of declaration of elections to ULB's, the BJP goons tore two flex boards of Panthers party which were erected at Brigadier Rajender Singh Chowk and Vikram Chowk respectively. "Saffron party is putting the democracy under grave threat by making abhorrent attempts to quell the voice of the people. We'll not tolerate this at all. BJP has become desperate and frustrated over growing popularity of Panthers party in Jammu region.
Saffron citadel has collapsed on its own soil and it is on the verge of decimation now. If BJP will tear one flex board, we will erect hundreds of them. No power on earth can stop Panther's wave which is taking entire Jammu Pradesh by storm.
Dogras have reposed their faith in Panthers party who have been giving overwhelming response to its leaders during the public meetings in various wards of Jammu city.
Prominent among those who spoke on the occasion included Sham Gorkha, Parshotam Parihar, Nirmal Kishore, Kewal Krishan Sharma, Pratap Singh, Shankar Singh, Surinder Chauhan, Raghav Talwar, Nikhil Sharma besides others.
