Ankur Sharma calls on Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
10/7/2018 9:21:20 PM
Early Times Report

JAMMU, Oct 7: A delegation led by Advocate Ankur Sharma, Chairman IkkJutt Jammu along with Ajaat Jamwal (Founder Member IkkJutt Jammu), Chamail Singh and Rupali Dutta met Art of Living Foundation head Sri Sri Ravi Shankar at his International Ashrama at Bangalore on Thursday.
Ankur Sharma discussed in detail the emerging political and security scenario in the state of J&K particularly the subversive developments in the Jammu Province.
The dimensions of the Muslim Demographic Invasion were conveyed to him candidly. He was also apprised about the attrition unleashed on the Hindus and other Minorities living in the state by not only the separatist establishment but also by a Muslimised administrative apparatus which has been acting as an arm of fundamentalist/fascist forces operating in the state.
The delegation impressed upon Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to recognise the grave implications of Jammu and Kashmir state behaving as a theocratic (Muslim) state on the secular territory of India.
The support to the separatist establishment and communal expansionist programmes of Pan Islamists from the governmental apparatus was also discussed in detail with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
Ankur Sharma very specifically discussed the issue of grant of Minority Rights to Non Muslims in J&K. He discussed in detail his PIL on Minority Rights in the Supreme Court and the fact of non implementation of the final judgment dated 12.03.2018 that would pave way for the constitution of a State Minority Commission and grant of Minority benefits to Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists and Jains.
Ankur Sharma also talked about Ikk Jutt Jammu's petition in Supreme Court seeking abrogation of Article 35-A and explained as to how Article 35-A provides a constitutional mechanism for the creation of an Islamic State on the secular territory of India.
Other issues which were discussed were that Mehbooba Mufti's still in force February 14, 2018 orders granting legal immunity to Muslim Tribals for land encroachment and Cow slaughter/bovine smuggling; discrimination against Jammu unleashed by JKPSC, SSRB; J&K Bank and deep-rooted corruption in the state.
Sri Sri very keenly listened to the expositions of Ikk Jutt Jammu and showed lot of appreciation for the work done by the organisation in a very short span of time. He also assured full help and cooperation for ventures which are of common interest between Ikk Jutt Jammu and Art of Living foundation.
Meeting Sri Sri is a part of an elaborate reach out campaign of Ikk Jutt Jammu so that the top Hindu leaders working in the spheres of spirituality, religion, culture and politics are properly apprised of the dangers to Hindus and other Minorities living in J&K from Pan Islamic forces.
