JAMMU, Oct 7: President Dharmarth Trust Council BR Kundal chaired meeting of senior functionaries of the Trust to review arrangements for the forth coming Navratras starting on October 10, being celebrated in the state. Participants informed that in all the temples dedicated to Mata Vaishno Devi, Mahakali, Lakshmi, Chint Purani all the required arrangements for the devotees shall be in place well before the start of the festival. Special attention has been paid to cleanliness and hygiene, besides ensuring, Bhajan Kirtan and at some places night long Jagratas shall also be held. Floral decoration, lighting and bunting shall be done in all the temples.
A new initiative to celebrate the festival of navratras in all the temples managed by the trust located in all the districts particularly located in the rural/ semi rural areas, was also taken in the meeting.
BR Kundal directed though such arrangements need to be put in place in all the temples of the trust, special care shall be accorded wherein large number of devotees are expected to visit. |
