| Kishtwar youths express concern over back door appointments in Pakal Dul HEP | | | Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, Oct 21: Unemployed youths of District Kishtwar have expressed their concern over the large scale bungling in the selection of various categories made by AFCONS management in Pakal Dul hydroelectric on behest of a particular political party which has caused a brewing resentment among the deserving youths.
Joginder Bhandari a senior youth leader of District Kishtwar has said that the AFCONS management has appointed a large number of youths through back door in the project at the cost of deserving unemployed youths of the district.
He said the AFCONS management has set aside all the recruitment norms and appointed influential youths in the project and deserving youths having sufficient experience were ignored employment.
Bhandari has threatened to stop work and mobilization of Pakal Dul hydroelectric project in case clear recruitment policy is not applied while making recruitments.
Those attended the meeting includes Gh Hussain Gainie, Mohd Ashraf Gannie, Shanker Singh Wazir, Ranjeet Sharma and others. |
