Jammu, Oct 29: Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET), Jammu organized an Educational Tour to Dharamshalla - Kullu -Manali-Palampur in the state of Himachal Pradesh, for the students of B.E. 3rd and 5th Semester of the Department of Computer Sciences and IT Engineering. Er. Dinesh Gupta, HOD, Computer Sciences and IT Engineering was the coordinator of the tour assisted by Er. Akanksha Bali and Er. Marvi Abrol, Assistant Professors (YCET). The itenary of the tour covered a visit to HPCA Stadium- Dharamsala, Kullu, Hidimba Devi Temple - Solang Valley - Rohtang Pass- Manali, Chamunda Devi Mandir - Palampur.
35 students being a part of the tour enjoyed the exposure to experience the wonderful scenic beauty of green trees, snow packet hills and gushing streams flowing beneath the foothills. The students thanked Dr. Arvind Dewangan, Director YCET for approving an arranging the tour program. |
