HDFC Bank recruits 10 MBA Grads from MIET

JAMMU, Oct 30: HDFC Bank, India's leading private retail bank, recruited ten final year MBA students from the MIET school of management at an annual package of 4.32 lakhs per annum.
Further, twenty first year students received offers of internship with stipends during the day-long placement drive conducted by officials of the HDFC Bank at MIET campus. The MIET School of Management is the only private management institution in the region to be accredited for placements and internships by the HDFC Bank.
The placed students include Rashi Mahajan, Mrighansh Badyal, Rajat Khanna, Aditi Gupta, Kanwalpreet Kour, Mehreen Rafiq, Akshat Mahajan, Bazila Fayaz, Manpreet Kour and Prateek Gupta. The twenty first year students selected for internship shall also receive opportunity to be placed at HDFC Bank depending upon their performance during the internship.
Chairman MIER Dr. Arun K. Gupta and Vice Chairperson Dr. Renu Gupta extended heartiest congratulations to the students for their outstanding performance and blessed them for successful corporate careers going forward. Director, MIET Prof. Ankur Gupta extended his congratulations to the students, Prof. B.C Sharma Dean Training and Placements and Prof. P.N Sharma Head of the MIET School of Management. He reiterated the commitment of MIET to ensure that the students are industry-ready and that the right placement opportunities are created for them.
The Dean Training and Placements apprised the students that several other corporate houses are lined up for placements post the festival season and the School of Management shall aspire to ensure 100% placement of all students.
