RSD to face Kashmir XI in opening match

Jammu, Nov 5: Road Safety Department will face Kashmir XI (Sect.) in the opening match of 7th Eid Diwali Milan Cricket Cup for students & Youths on 10th of Nov. at Parade Ground Jammu which is being organized by Zonal Police Headquarters Jammu in collaboration with Simula Sports Club, KC Sports Club and Vishal Cricket Club. The participating teams included KC Sports, Simula Club, Vishal Club, Horizon XI Samba, Road Safety XI, Kashmir Happenings XI, Lakshmi Cricket Club, K.C.C.C., Sai Cricket Club, WCC Kashmir, Star Eleven, Evershine Club, Kashmir XI (Sect.),KC Academy, Khalsa Cricket Club, Saffron Cricket Club, Raja Warriors, Reasi Royals, Sparton Cricket XI, Samar Cricket Club, Lions Cricket Club, Cant. Cricket Club, Singh Cricket Club Akhnoor, Haryana Cricket Club in the said event. The slogan of the tournament is "lets' celebrate the duo festival together through T20 Sports".
And the main objective of the event is to promote communal harmony among the masses, to engage youths and students in sports so that they may not derail from the main stream and to provide a professional platform to them to show case their hidden skills, informed by Rajesh Gill Chief Prosecuting Officer & Organizing Secretary of the event.
