JSS Jammu celebrates Diwali festival

Jammu, Nov 5: The environs of Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu witnessed the blend of creativity, innovation, mirth and escapade with the Diwali Fiesta organized on the occasion of Diwali- the festival of lights and merriment. To provide a pedestal to children wherein they can explore the outside world and nurture their latent talent; the fete served the purpose. The glorification and hilarity began with an inaugural ceremony which was graced with the benign presence of Shrishant Suse, an IAS officer SDM South, Jammu, Manish Gupta, Secretary General to chamber of Commerce & industries, Kavita Gupta, wife of Secretary General to chamber of Commerce & industries, Harpreet Anand, the Chairperson of the School, Rohini Aima, Principal cum vice chairperson of the school and other members from the management. Multilingual activities like welcome song, lightening of lamp, dance performance created a platform for the jollification which was taken to another level when children with parents started enjoying the fair by visiting various stalls installed in the school. Principal cum vice- chairperson of the school Rohini Aima conveyed warm regards and best wishes to the children, people and staff members. She afore mentioned that there happens to be multifarious ways of celebration of a single festival. It depends on the person how one chooses to celebrate.
