| Election of Chairman of Mini-Bus Workers Union stayed | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 5: 3rd Additional Munsiff Jammu has stayed the election of Chairman of Mini-Bus Workers Union.
A notification of All J&K Transport Welfare Association (J&K) Ware House Jammu was issued on 24-10-2018 regarding the election for the post of Chairman of Mini-Bus Workers Union.
The Chairman of All J&K Transport Welfare Association- S TS Wazir issued a notification for election and meanwhile, the members objected to the election process in hush- hush manner and approached the court.
In this regard, 3rd Additional Munsiff Jammu directed to maintain status quo with respect to elections of the Association till next date of hearing.
The order further reads that this order is however subjected to objections from other side. The defendant/non applicant is at liberty to approach this court for modification/alteration of this order on or before next date of hearing. The plaintiff/applicant are directed to file a service affidavit within seven days from the date of issuance of this order that applicants have delivered copy of complaint, copy of application along with affidavit, copy of documents along with complaint to the defendant non applicants under registered AD Cover. Let the application come up for further order on 19-11-2018. |
