KIUA opens job avenues, welcomes local skilled youth

Kathua, Nov 21;- The Kathua Industrial Units Association KIUA today through a press confenerence encourged local skilled youths for job avenues in local industries, welcomes youths to have job opportunity in their own town than moving oout of the state.
Pertinently State government instructed local industries of the state to provide job opporunity to maximum local youths than from out of the state.
It is continually came into the light that local industries preferred non-local workers on low wages and ignored local skilled, talented youths who move towards big cities.
Sandip Mittal, General Secy KIUA today informed that Local industries had lots of opporunity for skilled youths but unfortuately they moved out of the state on margin renumeration and almost of it spend on expenditures than saving. He welcomed local youths and urged them to sumbit their bio-data that would channelise for appointments.
Ajeet Baba, President KIUA, informed that the industries had Technical, accounts, drivers, helpers, security guard, Computer operators, Graphic designers etc post available for local youths but unfortunately though number of advertisement through different media, very few response had been seen among youths about local industries. He informed that youths did not approach to local indutries and run behind big cities.
Vinay Kumar, Secretary , said, " Youths should first apply to local indutries but if they donot satisfy, they can move to abroad," and added that job in local indutries were better than indulged in drug addiction or anti-social activites
