Lal Singh welcomes hundreds of Sarpanchs, Panchs in DSS

KATHUA , Dec 2: Welcoming as many as 250 Sarpanchs and Panchs of Kathua district in a well organized function held at his Kathua residence in Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan (DSS), Choudhary Lal Singh said that their spectacular win in the Panchyat election is beginning of the war for the justice of Jammu and many more miles are to be travelled.
Singh said that the initial start which has been done by the victory of the Sarpanchs and Panchs in the Panchyat election is an excellent one. He further appealed to them to work honestly for the development of the region. Further he mentioned about his commitment made at Jammu on November 3 about the participation of the DSS in the Panchayat elections and winning of the Sarpanchs of DSS is a win of the agenda of Jammu.
Lal Singh further said Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan has already released 25 point vision document which clearly reflects his vision for the development of Jammu. While addressing the gathering he further said that Sarpanchs and Panchs of DSS do not have to keep a small vision like the development of the lanes and drains but they have to focus on the 25 points of the vision document like separate Public Service Commissions and Service Selection Boards, rotational chief minister, promotion of Dogra art, culture and language. He further alleged that Dogras of Jammu region have been facing discrimination for the last seven decades, the BJP leader said he wanted the Kashmir based politicians to ensure equality.
Kanta Andotra while addressing the gathering expressed her satisfaction over the performance of Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan in the Panchyat elections. She also welcomed Sarpanchs and Panchs in the DSS and appealed to them to the work for the cause of the last person standing in the line till the line finishes.
