Further he mentioned about his commitment made at Jammu on November 3 about the participation of the DSS in the Panchayat elections and winning of the Sarpanchs of DSS is a win of the agenda of Jammu.
Lal Singh further said Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan has already released 25 point vision document which clearly reflects his vision for the development of Jammu. While addressing the gathering he further said that Sarpanchs and Panchs of DSS do not have to keep a small vision like the development of the lanes and drains but they have to focus on the 25 points of the vision document like separate Public Service Commissions and Service Selection Boards, rotational chief minister, promotion of Dogra art, culture and language. He further alleged that Dogras of Jammu region have been facing discrimination for the last seven decades, the BJP leader said he wanted the Kashmir based politicians to ensure equality.
