| DIET Jammu organizes one day science exhibition | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 15: District Institute of Education and Trainings (DIET) Jammu organized One Day Science Exhibition under Samagra Shiksha Scheme at Govt Girls Hr. Sec. School Shastri Nagar Jammu where about 104 models were displayed. The Exhibition was inaugurated by Director School Education Anuradha Gupta and SPD Samagra Tufail Ahmed Matoo who inspected models and interacted with the participating students and their teachers. They appreciated the participants representing different High and Higher secondary Schools from all over the district for expressing the innovative and scientific aptitude through working models. They also expressed satisfaction over the functioning and role of DIET Jammu in organizing a mega event in the form of Science Exhibition. The valedictory and prize distribution function was graced by Principal DIET Jammu Roshan Lal who also inspected the Exhibition and encouraged and appreciated the entire teaching fraternity and students for their efforts and contribution towards the preparation and participation in the District level science exhibition. As per the result declared by Judges, Govt. Girls HSS Canal road Jammu won the first prize, Govt High School Simbal Camp won the second prize and Govt. HSS Jajjar Kotli won the third prize. |
