Jammu, Dec 23: The representatives of School Education Non-Teaching Employees Forum ( SENTEF) Jammu under the leadership of Ansoya Gupta & JagdishThakur who gave warm welcome to newly posted Director School Education,Jammu Smt. Anuradha Gupta in her office chamber in presence of P.O of Director School Education Jammu Rajeev Kumar Khajuria and others. The prominent among others who were present on the occassion were Ashok Kumar Dhar, Surinder Raina, Naresh Kumar, Harpal Singh Prem Lata, Sudershana Kumari, Jagdish Raj Sharma, Zakir Hussain and representativies of various district units of the forum.
While submitting welcome note, Jagdish Thakur also appraised about the burning issues faced by the Non-Teaching Cadre of School Education Department of Jammu Division i.e.long pending DPC of Non-Teaching Cadre especially Clerical Cadre, Creation of posts in 44 hanging zones/ Newly established CEO Offices/ Joint Director Offices, prevailing culture of Inchargism at bottom level/ stagnation in promotions due to lack of SAC training quota & TypeTest/ implementation of transfer policy, etc and requested for timely disposal of all the issues of the cadre. The Director,School Education, heared the grievances of the representatives patiencely and assured for immediate action on all issues especially DPC,s and regularization of all cadres/ non-teaching officials who are working in incharge capacity. The DSE Jammu also issued necessary directions to concern officials to take up other issues with administrative department for quick redressal of the same. Finally, Zakir Hussain, Senior member of the association presented vote of thanks to newly posted Director School Education Jammu , PO to DSEJ and assured for full cooperation and zeal dedication on behalf of Non-Teaching Employees of Jammu Division. |
