Jammu, Dec 27: Anti Corruption Bureau Kashmir presented Charge Sheet (Challan) in case FIR No. 28/2017 P/S VoK now (Anti-Corruption Bureau) against the two accused namely, Yunus Ahmad Parray (TSO) CAPD Department Narbal and Abdul Rashid Khan, the then (TSO) CAPD Depart-ment Narbal before the Court of Anti-Corruption Court Srinagar. The accused had demanded and accepted illegal gratification from the complainant namely, Man-zoor Ahmad Rather S/o Sonaullah Rather R/o Bunmakhama Beerwah for releasing Ration. The accused were presented before the Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court Srinagar. |
