Rajouri, Jan 16: Free Mega Medical cum Certificate Camp held at Village Danna a far-flung area in the hamlets of Kotranka town of District Rajouri. A Mega Medical cum Certificate camp under Public Service Guarantee Act, launched by Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Mohd Ajaz Asad was conducted successfully on the 16th of Janaury,2019 at village Danna, Tahsil, Kotranka, by the Block Medical Officer, Kandi Dr. Iqbal Malik under the Supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kotranka Ved Parkash and Dr Sunil Sharma, Chief Medical Officer, Rajouri. The people were made aware of the camp a week before through ASHAs, Anganwadi workers, PRI. a total of 192 certificates including 170 old age certificate for pension and other allied beneficial purposes, 10 labour certificate for fitness, three illness certificates,Six widow pension certificate, three disability certificate were issue on the spot whereas in the medical camp, the doctors examined and treated more than 132 patients having different ailments and provided free medicine and Lab. tests. A team of Doctors Dr. Imran, Dental Surgeon, Dr Ghulam Qader, Dr Farooq Tantry, Dr Rubina , Masood Malik and Mohd Rafiq Pharmacist, Mohd Ajaz counsellor, Mohd Farooq Malik Lab.Tech.Ram Kali,Asha Kocher FMPHW, Mohd Muner BHW, Mohd Ashaq, SW besides other concerned officers took part in the day-long camp. |
