| GDC Ramban organizes awareness programme on Road Safety | | | Early Times Report
Ramban, Apr 2: A programme was organized by the Government Degree College Ramban in collaboration with Traffic Police National Highway Hqrs Ramban on "Traffic Awareness, Road safety Education and Counselling" on 02-04-2019. Speaking on the occasion DYSP Suresh Kumar Sharma threw light on the various traffic rules and their implementations. SSP Traffic Jatinder Singh Johar while speaking on the occasion presented a complete data of deaths caused due to violations of traffic rules and also threw light on the preventative measures to minimize the accident rate in the region. Principal of the college Dr. Ravender Kumar Tickoo while speaking on the occasion advised the students to follow the traffic rules and also exhorted upon them to spread message of traffic rules to their families. He also thanked the SSP for collaborating in the programme. Prof. Vijay Kumar conducted the proceedings of the programme. |
