Kathua, Apr 3: To generate awareness about punctuality, Government Degree College Billawar organized a rally on Punctuality in the college campus. Prof. Sanjeev Gupta, Vice Principal addresses the rally about awareness of Punctuality. The NSS Programme Officer, Dr. Pankaj Mansotra and other staff members & 60 NSS Volunteers present in the said rally. The participants said that the rally was taken out with a view to create awareness on punctuality. |
