Jammu, Apr 3: An awareness programmes regarding the use of EVM and VVPAT under SVEEP was conducted at Bhag-e-Bahu with the employees of the Floriculture Department. Nodal officers SVEEP, Aijaz Qaiser (KAS) ACD Jammu and Devinder Singh Manhas Dy. CEO Jammu explained the awareness programme Matdaan Mahotsav, which is being carried out under the guidance of Worthy District Election Officer, Ramesh Kumar (IAS) Babila Rakwal, Director Floriculture, along with her staff members had a hands-on the EVM-VVPAT and also participated in the signature campaign. Babila Rakwal, appreciated the initiative taken by District Election officer Jammu and participated in the ECI designed Games and motivated the employees of floriculture department to actively participate in the forthcoming 17lh LOK SABHA Election 2019. The SVEEP team members include Dr. Shandilya Perminder Kour, Dr. Avineet, Dr. Ajay Singh Manhas, Sushil Hitaishi, Sugandh, Neeraj Jamwal, Poonam Gandotra, Tripta Charak, Satpal Kour, Sachin Amla & Lalit Singh Manhas. |
