Briefing media persons here, Gulab Chand Dubey, Rasthriya Sangath of Shiv Sena flanked by State President Shiv Sena, Dimpy Kohli asserted that scrapping of Article 370 is must for the better development of Jammu and Kashmir.
Accusing National Conference, People's Democratic Party and other self centred parties of misusing Article 370 to deny the State's people their benefits, Shiv Sena leader asked these parties to stop misleading the people.
He said that "The people of J&K", in the name of Article 370 have been denied benefits which are otherwise due to them and are available to the citizens of this country". He further said that Article 370 has been misused by a small privileged and influential section in J&K to filter out all the progressive legislation from reaching the State.
He exhorted people to forge unity against dynasty politics and family rule propagated and implemented in PDP and National Conference.
