| Intra-College symposium organized | | |  Early Times Report
Bishnah, Apr 5: Govt Degree College Bishnah organized an Intra-College Symposium on the 6th day of "Punctuality Week'. The programme started with a mesmerizing poem about judicious use of the time by Dr Alka Sharma, Staff Secretary of the college. It was followed by thought-provoking lecture about punctuality in one's life by Prof K.S. Koushal, Principal of the college. He urged upon the students to be punctual throughout the year in order to achieve success.
The programme was attended by a good number of students. Five students of the college named Riya Sharma, Rimpy Mukherjee, Disha Verma, Saddam Hussain and Sonali Bindre also spoke on the importance of punctuality in life. The activity coordinators for today's function were Prof Archana Bakshi, Dr Alka Sharma, Dr Seema Jamwal and Dr Sarita Khajuria. Other prominents who were present on the occasion were Dr Seema Sudan, Prof Ashu Manhas, Dr Sandeep Kotwal, Dr Sushma Kumari and Dr Affiefa Liyaqat. The formal vote of thanks was given by Dr Sarita Khajuria. |
