Senior leader Charanjeet Singh to join BJP today

Kathua, Apr 5: Bhartiya Janta Party gets stronger in Kathua district as another former member of Legislative Assembly of Kathua Charanjeet Singh is going to join BJP on April 6 during a function at BJP office, which will be attended by Incharge Jammu and Kashmir BJP Avinash Rai Khanna.
Earlier former MLA from Basholi Jagdish Raj Sapolia had joined the BJP in presence of by Union Minister Jitendra Singh, who is also the Lok Sabha member from the Udhampur-Doda seat.
Charjeet Singh Jasrotia who quits as a bureaucrat and contested the 2008 Assembly election and emerges as victorious by defeating the BSP candidate. In 2014 Assembly election despite of Modi wave he had got more than thirteen thousand votes and remains third in the election. Charnjeet Singh decision to join BJP give boost to the party workers as charnjeet has thousands of workers who is double minded in the current political scenario. Charnajeet Singh image is purely honest and Zentle in the eyes of people and his inclusion will definitely gives a edge to the BJP loksabha candidate.
Keeping in view the forthcoming parliamentary elections, the BJP was trying to lure all strong leaders so as to retain both Lok Sabha seats of the Jammu province.
