| HND candidate alleges threat to his life | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 10: Hindustan Nirman Dal, Lok Sabha candidate for Jammu Poonch constituency, Sushil Sudan on Wednesday alleged that he has received life threat from Hizbul Mujahidin.
Briefing media persons here today, Sudan said that he and his family under threat. He alleged that in 2018 dozens of terrorists found roaming in his native place Sudnerbani area.
He maintained that a total of four terrorists were killed in Sunderbani area. He threw light on the reports of newspapers stating that they were in view to kill a Hindu leader. He said that the threat letters were issued time to time with a view to weaken the Hindu forces working in the Jammu region. He maintained that he had already taken up the matter with the DGP and Union Home Minister but they did nothing in this regard.
HND Central Observer, Mahant Rameshwar Dass Tyagi came down heavily on BJP for exploiting the sentiments of people for vote bank politics and blamed it for seeking votes on false commitments with people of Jammu region but it totally exposed after sharing power in the state and ruling Centre for five years. He said that not a single commitment was fulfilled by the BJP at the Centre and State. |
