SVS Trust clinic organises free medical camp

Rajouri, June 9: In continuation with their efforts to reach out and serve the needy and poor people living in far flung and remote areas, Swami Vishwatmanand Saraswati (SVS) Trust Clinic, under the supervision Atal Pethadeshwar Rajguru Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Shri Shri 1008 Shri Swami Vishwatmanand Saraswati ji Maharaj, took a good initiative for the welfare of general public of this border belt and hold a free medical camp at SVS degree college for women here today in which free medicines were distributed to around 1000 patients.
Various specialist have been invited from different states in this camp.Some of them who attended the camp were Dr.Susheel Sharma, HOD, Cardiology, GMC, Jammu, Dr.Poonam Jagiasi, GynaecologIst, Mumbai, Dr.Monica Sharma, MD Ayurveda, Punjab, Dr.Raghuvir Sharma, M.D Physician, Dr. Kewal Sharma, General Physician, Dr. R.K.Bajaj, Ayurvedic General Physician, Dr.Izaz Ahmed, ENT Surgeon, Dr.Irfan Malik, Ortho Surgeon, Dr.Sourab Gupta, Dental Surgeon, Dr.Nyeshima Rajput MBBS, Dr.Mahesh Jagiasi, Homeopathic, Mumbai, Dr.Rajiv Sharma, Optometric for Eye Checkup and other paramedics staff members and from SVS paramedical college Sunderbani.
Also, free investigation was done on Blood pressure checking, Blood sugar testing, Hemogram, ECG, Lipid Profile, Blood Group testing, Body Mass Index and Bone Mass Density under the supervision of Mr.Ravi Sharma and Mr.Sahil Sharma (DMLT).
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Swamiji said that such types of camps are organised by the SVS trust on regular intervals after the completion or during various religious programmes (Kathas) in different parts of the country and states as well which helps the needy and poor people who can not afford the expenses for medicines."Such camps help them to identify their diseases and problems on time and then can take necessary treatment accordingly", added Swamiji.
