Major tragedy averted after security forces busted LeT terror hideout in Keshwan

Kishtwar, June 9: In a major success to security forces, the troops of 26 RR and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Kishtwar police busted a Lashker e Toiba terror hideout in Panthna forests of Keshwan area, in the outskirts of Kishtwar town separated by the river Chenab & recovered some Ammunition & other eatable items dumped by the newly joined group of LeT militants led by Jamal Din son of Kher Din Resident of Nagnigard Keshwan.
As per the details available with "Early Times", in its continue stride against the nefarious designs of Anti National Elements, Army 26 RR & SOG after developing a significant information about the presence of a terror hideout inside natural cave launched a joint search operation in general area Keshwan & recovered Ammunition & other eatable items from the said terror hideout located few hundred meters away from the house of LeT terrorist Jamal Din.
On searching the hideout the joint team of Army and SOG recovered 85 live Rounds of AK-47, 03 Nos AK-47 Magazines beside some confectionery/daily useable items were also recovered from the said hideout which include Gas Cylinder, Gas Stove, Solar Lighting System, 4 Iron Boxes, Utensils, Magie packets, Biscuits, Tea Namkeem (2 Kg0, Tea Lipton (1 Kg), Syntax Plastic Tanky, Atta (10 Kg), Rice (10 Kg), Badam (2 Packets), Coconuts (1 Kg), Pressure Cooker, Sugar (10 Kg), Desi Ghee (5 Kg), Vegetable Oil (5 Kg), Refined Oil (5 Kg), Local Honey ( 5 Kg), blankets (6 No's), Quilt ( 1 No), Mattress ( 2 Nos), wooden Bed ( 1 No),Dry Fruit around 2 Kg and other daily use items were among the recoveries.
The recovery of this cache will surely resulted in defeating the nefarious designs of the militants of derailing the peace and stability of the region and thus averted major tragedy ahead of upcoming Machail Yatra schedule to start later this month.
Among the other recoveries is ADHAAR Card, Election Card and J&K Bank Pass Book of the LeT terrorist Jamal Din who only last year join the militancy ranks and was roaming in the area bordering adjoining Doda District with a group of 4-5 persons. The police and army are verifying the transaction details in the account of the Jamal Din so that they could establish money trail if any into the account. The hideout according to the sources is well developed and can accommodate 4-5 persons at the time with separate entry and exit points. The recovery of such huge quantity of material inside the well build up hideout worth several thousand rupees shows the free flow of funds to the LeT militant who otherwise belongs to very poor family and same has raise the alarm among the various security agencies keeping an eye on the militancy as to how the money reach to these militants groups beside this looking at the OGW network that help Jamal din and others to dump such huge quantity of the daily used material including costly items of dry fruit as according to sources same is not possible without the help of OGW network and terror sympathizer.
