Kashmir 'experts' change colors like charletons
6/9/2019 11:19:03 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, June 9: The so called experts on Kashmir who are seen in "round table meetings", "seminars" and TV discussions are changing colors.
Observers said many of these "experts", who also claim to be "scribes", "analysts" and "what not" are behaving like "bagla bhagats" and are confused on what to speak and when.
"One day they hail BJP government and next day they are anti-BJP," said an observer who keeps track of developments.
One such person in question was seen on one day appreciating "Modi Sarkar" for visiting Kashmir from time to time and was appreciating the Congress on the other day.
"On TV discussion, he one day hailed PM Modi and next day he criticized New Delhi for the policies on Kashmir," said the observer.
Sources said the so called experts on Kashmir are confused on what to say because of reasons better known to them.
"The reality is that Kashmir is not a problem but is shown as a problem because even Kashmiri leaders don't know what they want, so what will you expect from these so called 'experts', who believe in double speak and express it shamelessly," said one observer.
Such so called "experts" on Kashmir are often criticized on social media for "changing colours".
Sources said even the political leaders in Kashmir are not sure on what to speak and when. "Kashmiri leaders are known for doublespeak. They speak one language in power and the other one when out of power. Same is true for these so called experts," said the observer.
"These people only want to gain publicity at any cost, come what may. They can do anything for publicity," he added."These people talk about poor but are seen wearing costly clothes and the same question was once posed by a prominent leader in New Delhi to them," said a TV viewer.
