Talent Hunt Programme 'Choona Hai Aasmaan' organised

REASI, June 28: Police on Friday organized singing contest with regard to Distt Level Talent Hunt Programme titled 'Chhuna Hai Aasmaan' under civic action programme at Spiritual Growth Centre SMVD Shrine Board Auditorium Katra.
Jatindera Kumar Gupta CO CRPF 6th Bn. Katra was the Chief Guest on the occasion who started the singing programme by lighting the lamp. Sh. Naresh Singh-KPS ASP Katra welcomed all the esteemed guests and prominent citizens on the event.
Winners of Sub-Division level of Distt. Reasi i.e. Katra, Reasi, Arnas & Mahore including Madrasa participated in the Distt. Level talent hunt programme Chhuna hai Aasman. The programme was witnessed by Sub-Judge Katra Ramesh Lal, Munsif Court Katra Sunil Kumar, SSP Reasi Nisha Nathyal, ADC Reasi Ramesh Kumar and SDPO Arnas Ashok Sharma and Inspr. Pardeep Gupta SHO P/S Katra. The programme was also witnessed by prominent citizens of Katra town including Shashi Gupta, Chairman Municipal Committee Katra, Shiv Kumar Sharma, President of International Wrestling Competition of Katra, Rakesh Wazir, President of Hotel Association of Katra town, Ravi Nag Councilor, Bindu Baru, Sham Lal Kesar, Varinder Kesar, Sonu Thakur, Sarpanchs, Panchs and Media fraternity of Katra etc.
Chaman Leharia and Narinder Singh were judges on the occasion and Nisha Nathyal SSP Reasi distributed the Certificates among the participated 39 students, out of which 11 winner students got cash rewards alongwith certificates in the below mentioned category wise:-
First prize amount Rs. 5000 winner in the Age group of 5-12 years namely Tanvi, daughter of Shambu Nath, resident of Nai Basti Reasi; second prize amount Rs. 3000 to Rahil Kumar, son of Pritam Singh, resident of Arnas; third prize amount Rs. 2000 to Mohd. Ashiq, son of Mohd. Amin, resident of Chassana and Aatiqullah Bhat, son of Ananyat Ullah Bhat, resident of Mahore.
First prize amount Rs. 5000 winner in the age group of 13-18 years namely Pooja Devi, daughter of Sher Singh, resident of Chassana; second of Rs. 3000 to Shriya Salaria daughter of Satya Paul Singh, resident of Jyotipuram Reasi ; third prize Rs. 2000 winner to Sonia Devi, daughter of Sanjay Kumar, resident of K.V Jyotipuram.
First Prize amount of Rs. 5000 winner in the Age group of 19-25 Years to Rajan Kumar, son of Dalbeer Kumar and Sunil Kumar son of Ram Lubaya both residence of Narwal Jammu; second prize amount Rs. 3000 winner to Jail Singh, son of Kamal Singh, resident of Ransoo and third prize Rs. 2000 to Sandeep Singh, son of Kulwant Singh resident of Katra. At the end of the Cultural Programme, SSP Reasi congratulated all the participants of different Sub-Divisions of District Reasi and assured that such cultural programme will also be held in future to encourage the children and groom them for their future endeavor and which will also keep them away from drug addiction and other bad habits. Vote of thanks were presented by Vivek Shekher SDPO Katra in the cultural programme.
