| DSEJ conducts orientation programme for newly promoted lecturers | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 2: In order to orient near about 450 newly promoted lecturers in 10 different disciplines/subjects from various districts of Jammu Division, Director School Education Jammu Anuradha Gupta KAS chaired this creative orientation programme organized for these officials at Teachers Bhawan Gandhi Nagar Jammu. The programme was organized to sensitize these newly promoted lecturers about various challenges and responsibilities in their respective disciplines. While addressing the participants, Director School Education Jammu Anuradha Gupta stressed to keep themselves updated about the recent developments in their own subjects and also keep abreast their students about the day to day innovations/revealations throughout the globe. She also threw a detailed light on the new initiatives taken by the Directorate of School Education Jammu like online Monitoring Portal for different parameters of schools of Jammu Division, Mission IMTIHAAN, etc wherein she exhorted upon them to take active participation in these online endeavours so that the condition of school education improves to maximum possible extent which according to DSEJ is not possible unless each and every teaching fraternity member involves actively in these programmes. |
