Jammu, Sept 2: Hailing from a remote village of Ramnagar in Udhampur, Hemraj Dogra Production Manager and Producer of Hindi and Dogri cinema with his focused determination and will to achieve targets earned name and fame in Bollywood.
Dogra was born in small mountain village Shumba in Ramnagar in Udhampur district of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. After completing studies, Hemraj Dogra showed his taste for film industry. During his student days, he was also active in various theatre activities.
Hemraj Dogra came from a very humble family which allowed him to do what he wanted to and always endorsed his proposals.
Hemraj Dogra admired, "Whatever you see in me today is all because of my efforts, determination and focus towards my work. Today I feel proud that I'm well appreciated and my name is included in multifaceted personalities of Bollywood."
"When I was a kid, I used to think and dream about production of Bollywood movies. I always wanted to do something extraordinary and prove myself. It is my firm belief that everyone is talented. The only thing is that one should identify his or her talent and nurture the same to attain success and contentment. When I realized my hidden talent, I focused on nurturing it to the fullest," he said.
His association with the rural and urban theater across the country has developed into a unique style, where both forms blend together and yet are rich with contemporary meaning and significance.
Having more than 15 years work experience in Mumbai, Hemraj Dogra is presently working as Line Producer with Nikhil Advani under Emmay Entertainment Production House.
During his 15 years, Hemraj Dogra has produced blockbuster Bollywood movies like Salaam-e-Ishq, Na Jaanay Kahan Se Aayi Hai, Kal Ho Na Ho, Chandni Chowk to China, Bazaar, P.O.W. Bandi Yuddh Ke, Lucknow Central, Airlift, Batla House and many more.
He has worked with bollywood biggies like Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Akshay Kumar , John Ibhrahim, Ravi Kishan and many more.
Moreover His love for mother land Jammu is commendable.
He is very supportive for Jammu based Artists in Mumbai.
He has launched and Casted numerous Actors from jammu in his projects and films.
