Early Times Report

JAMMU, Nov 7: Editor, Early Times, Munish Gupta, on Thursday called on the people of Jammu to access the performance of the leaders, who have represented them in the past and decide for themselves whether they deserve their vote or not.
Carrying forward his mass contact programme in Gadigarh, Munish said,"It is the people who hold the key to change their own destinies. If they still choose the leaders whom they have tried in the past then nothing will change."
"We have to change our mindset and work collectively to rewrite our destinies," said Munish, who would be contesting the forthcoming Assembly elections as an independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency.
Munish said,"I have taken a plunge into politics with an aim to serve my people and set the system right. If I win the elections I will try my best to ensure that people don't suffer and get what they deserve."
He said,"I have been overwhelmed by the support and affection which I've got from my people since the day I started my mass contact programme. Reaching out to people has made me understand the ground reality and has made my vision clear. One thing is for sure that people are craving for a change."
