DCE organizes Investiture ceremony

Jammu, Nov 7: Dogra College of Education organized induction cum investiture ceremony to welcome the new entrants who joined the College in the session 2019-21. The programme started with lighting of ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries. The chief guest on the occasion was Th. Gulchain Singh Charak, Chairman, Dogra Educational Trust. Dr. Shefali Sharma, Academic Coordinator, Dogra College of Education welcomed the students and appraised the gathering about the achievements of the students who have brought laurels to the College. She also encouraged the students to work hard and motivated them to achieve their goals in life. Sarswati Vandana was presented by B.Ed students (Sem-III).
Dr. Vikesh Kumar Sharma, Principal Dogra College of Education also welcomed the new comers and gave detailed information about the College achievements. He also shared the information pertaining to academic rules and regulations of the College. Welcome song was also sung by the students of B.Ed (Sem-III). The programme was anchored by Taniya Sharma and Ms. Simran Yograj of B.Ed (Sem-III). Power point presentation was shown by Nisha Kumari of B.Ed (Sem-III) to aware the students about College activities. Badges were presented to the elected class representatives of Sem-I and conveners of various committees. Certificates were also distributed among the participants for their active participation in College activities.
