SRINAGAR, Dec 30: Crime Branch, Kashmir presented charge sheet against two accused persons before the Court of CJM Srinagar in case FIR No. 27/2014 for commission of offences punishable U/S 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B RPC.
The case was registered in P/S Crime branch Kashmir on a written a complaint stating therein that the complainant was working as teacher at Govt. Primary School in Education department, J&K. post her marriage in 1987 she permanently shifted and settled at her husband's residence at Jaipur Rajasthan. It is inter-alia alleged that she came to know that her post of teacher prior to her marriage and subsequent abandoned is being sustained by someone else after resorting to misuse of her identity.
The fact came to her knowledge when she applied for an Indian Passport online from her residence at her residence at Jaipur on 24-05-2012. The passport authorities at Jaipur had put on hold her passport for the reason that passport stands already issued showing same particulars, viz name, mother & father's name.
It is further alleged that on verification, the complainant came to know that passport already issued was bearing the photograph of suspect accused who with the help of her parents has resorted to misuse of her identity and documents subsequent to her marriage outside state. The contents of the complaint prima-facia discloses that the accused in league with her parents has resorted to manipulation of her documents and misuse of identity and had thereby dishonestly and fraudulently carried on the job of teacher by means of impersonation and had also fraudulently obtained an Indian Passport in her favour. |
