| ISM dispensary buildings incomplete in Pathanateer, Salwa villages since years | | |  M S Nazki

Poonch, Dec 30: The construction work of buildings for ISM dispensaries in Pathanateer and Salwa villages which started in the year 2010 and 2014 respectively were still incomplete sources said here today. Sources said in 2010 the construction work of ISM dispensary Pathanateer started but later on the work was stopped for the reasons best know to the men at helms.
Sources said that in 2014 AYUSH department released an amount of Rs 62. 38 lakh as project cost of ISM building. The executing agency was public works department but surprisingly this building too never reached to its completion, they added.
Locals said that government though released lakhs of rupees for the construction of buildings but all it went down the drain as construction of buildings to benefit locals but all it went down the drain as construction of buildings was never completed which was an unfortunate part of the story they alleged. Superintending Engineer PWD Rajouri - Poonch Prakash Bhagat while taking to Early Times said that he will look personally into the matter as why these buildings were not completed after a lapse of couple of years. |
