Bismah takes 5; J&K outclass Arunachal Pradesh by 9 wickets

JAMMU, Feb 4: Bismah Hassan bamboozled through the batting line of Arunachal Pradesh as Jammu and Kashmir eve team outclassed the Arunachal Pradesh by 9 wickets in an Under 23 Women One Day Trophy at KIIT Cricket Stadium, Bhubaneshwar.
Arunachal Pradesh won the toss and opted to bat first. Captain of Jammu and Kashmir eve team Tanisha Sharma handed the ball to Bismah Hassan and she was on the spot from the first ball. And, it took Bismah
Hassan three balls to take the first wicket and second wicket fell on the next delivery.
Arunachal Pradesh eve team had lost four of his wickets on the score of six runs in 2.1 over’s. Then there was the 98 runs partnership between Megha Sharma and R Rawat. Both the players played Heena Kouser came and broke the partnership on the score of 104 runs.
Rest of the players could add only 22 runs and Arunachal Pradesh were all out on the score of 126 runs. And, for Jammu and Kashmir eve, Bismah Hassan bowled 10 over’s and took five wickets and conceded just 7 runs.
Heena Kouser took two wickets on the score of 28 runs in her 10 overs. For Arunachal Pradesh Megha Sharma highest 58 runs in 133 over’s and R Rawat played brilliantly and contributed 33 runs for the team as Arunachal Pradesh managed 127 runs in 150 over’s for the loss of 9 wickets.
Chasing the score of 128 runs in 50 over’s, Jammu and Kashmir had a terrible start and lost the first wicket on the score of Rudrakshi Chib in the shape of run out.
