UDHAMPUR, Feb 11: Department of Information & Public Relations, District Information Centre, Udhampur today organized a symposium contest on the topic "Save Environment" at Modern High School Dhanori.
District Information Officer, Udhampur Er. Sajad Bashir Somberia was the chief guest while principal of the institute, Joginder Kour presided over the function. As many as 11 students of the school participated in the contest and stressed for the conservation of our environment for the survival of human being.
While speaking on the occasion, the chief guest said that the main objective of organizing this contest is to sensitize and educate the students as well as community about the conservation of environment and right to clean environment and approaches to maintain the environment.
