| Govt issues order of upgradation, creation, reduction of posts in JKPSS, JKP | | | Early times Report
Jammu, Mar 13: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has given sanction to upgrdation and creation of reduction of the posts in the J&K Prosecution Service and Creation/Reduction in J&K Police (Gazetted) Service and Non-Gazetted Service.
As per government order No. 80-Home of 2020 dated 12/03/2020, sanctioned has been accorded to upgradation of following posts of J&K Prosecution Service.
The pay scale of Joint Director has been upgraded from Level 12 to Level 13. Pay scale of Deputy Director has been upgraded from Level 11 to 12, Chief Prosecuting Officer from Level 10A to Level 11, Sr Prosecuting Officer from Level 8 to 9.
Meanwhile, following posts in the J&K Prosecution Service have been created including Direct-1, Deputy Director-5, Prosecuting Officer-15, Admin Officer -1, Accounts Officer -3, Account Assistant -11, Private Secretary -1, Senior Stenographer -3, Junior Strenographer-20, Junior Assistant -48, Reader -20, Inchage Malkhana-104, Naib Courty (Head Constable)-394, Class IV (Follower) -57.
While in reduction of following duty posts from the J&K Prosecution Service, as per the details indicated against each, for the purpose of addition in the J&K Police (Gazetted) Service including Joint Director-2, Chief Prosecuting officer- 12, Sr Prosecuting Officer-5.
Creation/addition of following posts in the J&K Police (Gazetted) Service Joint Director-3, Deputy Director -2, Chief Prosecuting officer- 17, Sr Prosecuting Officer-56.
Creation of 29 posts of Prosecuting Officers in Pay Level 9 in J&K Police Non-Gazetted) Service Assistant Sub Inspector -20, Head constable -104, Head constable -394, Followers -57. In police department, Joint Director-3, Deputy Director -2, Chief Prosecuring officer- 17, Sr Prosecuting Officer-56, Prosecuting Officer -29. In Anti Corruption Bureau Director -1, Joint Director- 2, Deputy Director -2, Chief Prosecuting officer- 18, Sr Prosecuting Officer-19, Prosecuting Officer -15. In State Vigilance Commission Deputy Director -1, Chief Prosecuting officer- 1, Sr Prosecuting Officer-3, Prosecuting Officer -5.As per details mentioned in Annexure-B to Government order No. 80-Home of dated 12/03/2020.
