Jammu, Apr 11: Registar General (officiating) Jawad Ahmed issue order of promotion of High Court staff, According to the order Azad Ahmad Wani, Additional Registrar (Adm), Tarsem Kumar Arora, Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary and Durga Dass, Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary, are temporarily promoted as Registrars against the newly created posts of Registrars in the Pay Level-13A (131100-216600) whereas the representations of Satinder Singh and Tasaduq Hussain Qadiri (Additional Registrar-cum-Secretaries) have been found without merit and stand rejected.
Haroon Rashid Bhat and Sansar Chand (Joint Registrars (Adm) are temporarily promoted as Additional Registrars (Adm) in the Pay Level-13 (123100-215900) against the available vacancies. However, the promotion of Haroon Rashid Bhat is in relaxation of qualification prescribed for the post in High Court orderNo.1415 dated 27.01.2018.
Anil Raina, Joint Registrar-cum-Secretary, is temporarily promoted as Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary in the Pay Level-13 (123100-215900) against the available vacancy. Consequent upon the acceptance of the representation of Pankaj Kumar Gupta, Bench Secretary, his seniority is restored to its original number i.e. above Nazir Ahmed Mir, in the cadre and is temporarily promoted as Additional Registrar-cum-Bench-Secretary in Pay Level-13 (123100-215900) notionally w.e.f. the date his immediate junior Nazir Ahmad Mir, was promoted as Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary and monetarily w.e.f. the date of this order and the representation of Phalel Singh Jamwal, Joint Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary for refixation of his seniority and promotion to the higher post has been found without merit and stands rejected.
Satish Kumar Parihar, Parmod Kumar and Aftab Ahmed Chowhan, Deputy Registrars (Adm), are temporarily promoted as Joint Registrar (Adm) in the Pay Level-12 (78800¬209200) against the available vacancies.
Ved Parkash and Sarvida Nisar, Secretaries are temporarily promoted as Joint Registrar-cum-Secretaries in the Pay Level-12 (78800-209200) against the available vacancies. Bashir Ahmad Vaid, Shankar Dass and Janam Raj, (Assistant Registrars-I) are temporarily promoted as Deputy Registrar (Adm) in the Pay Level-11 (67700-208700) against the available vacancies. However, the promotion of Shri Shankar Dass is in relaxation of qualification prescribed for the post in High Court order No. 579 dated 24.10.2008.
Karam Chand, Private Secretary is temporarily promoted as Secretary in the Pay Level-11 (67700-208700) against the available vacancy subject to the outcome of writ petition. Jatinder Singh, Shashi Koul, Sudhir Singh Rathore and Zahoor Ahmad Khan (Assistant Registrars-II) are temporarily promoted as Assistant Registrar-I in the Pay Level-8A (50700-160600) against the available vacancies.
Altaf Ahmad Wani, Naseema Hassan, Ashok Kumar, Sham Lal (now retired), Ajmer Singh and Anita Kumari (Section Officers) are temporarily promoted as Assistant Registrar-II in the Pay Level-8 (47600¬151100) against the available vacancies. However, promotion of Altaf Ahmed Wani is in relaxation of qualification prescribed for the post in High Court order No. 579 dated 24.10.2008.
Syed Gulzar Ahmad, Court Officer, is temporarily promoted as Section Officer (Adm) in the Pay Level-7 (44900-142400) against the available vacancy. Anuradha Sharma, Asima Illyas Chishiti, Imtiyaz Ahmad Wani, Nazir Ahmad Ganaie, Altaf Hussain Khan, Nazir Hussain Mir, Massuda Jan and Baljit Kumar (Head Assistants) are temporarily promoted as Section Officers (Adm) in the Pay Level-7 (44900¬142400) against the available vacancies.
Ghulam Hassan Dar, Mead Assistant, is temporarily promoted as Court Officer in the Pay Levcl-6E (35900-113500) against the available vacancy. Till disposal of the pending representation of Ravi Kumar, Head Assistant, one post of Court Officer is kept unfilled.
Neetu Kohli, Deepin Mahajan, Mohd.Yaqoob Wani, Syed Zaffar Hussain, Bharat Bushan Pandit, Kulwant Singh, Ranbir Singh, Jaffar Ahmad Zohd and (ix) Suhail Maqbool (Sr. Assistants) are temporarily promoted as Head Assistants in the Pay Level-6 B(35600-112800). --JNF
