“As reported by AD FCS&CA, Kishtwar that Firdous Ahmed I/C TSO Marwah and Warwan is found unauthorizedly absent from his legitimate duties and is at present at Jammu which tantamount to serious dereliction of duties in view of emergent situation arisen as a result of COVID-19 outbreak,” read the suspension order issued by DC Kishtwar vide order No. DDCK/PS/20/148-53 Dated 11-4-2020.
