Sharnarthi Intellectual Forum seek release of old age pension

Jammu, April 16: All J&K POJK 1947 Sharnarthi Intellectual Forum today demanded release of old age pension.
According to press release a meeting was convened through video conference which was chaired by Adv. Amrik Singh of its President in presence of S.Surjit Singh Gen.Secy.of. Forum The Forum Core Committee members urged upon the Advisor incharge of Social Welfare Department to sanction the old age pension cases already lying pending for their approval in the concern offices since long please note that since our worthy Prime Minister Narinder Modi on 14th April while addressing to the nation advise to the States administration that a special care be taken to the old aged persons in sanctioning other facilities like medicines and other day to day necessarily items. The Forum expressed that especially in rural areas there is acute shortage of food commodities and medicines but due to shortage of money they are helpless to purchase such items in this regard we humble appeal to G.C Murmur Lt.Governor of J&K UT that keeping in view the directions of Prime Minister the necessary steps may be taken in sanctioning the old aged pension cases So that the ailing persons may be enable to survive.
