Samba, April 16: Samba Police register yet another case against a man who reached his native village in Ramgarh from travelling outside J&K after crossing various hot spots, hiding his travel history and endangering life of others.
Acting on tip off, a Police Party of Police Station Ramgarh swung into action and traced the man to his native village Shahzadpur, Ramgarh who travelled from Maharashtra to Ramgarh in a truck carrying essential commodities.
The said delinquent person namely Sanjay Kumar son of Gouri Shankar resident of Shahzadpur, Ramgarh immediately put to home quarantine with the assistance of Health Department. Despite being knowing the disease is dangerous to life, he negligently/malignantly has done this act by travelling from Maharashtra to Ramgarh, crossed various red zones all the way, hiding his travel history, thereby putting at risk the lives of his family members and general public at large. The said person negligently and malignantly promoted spreading of infectious and contagious disease COVID-19 dangerous to human beings. As such, a Case FIR No. 41/2020 US 269/270/188 IPC got registered at P/S Ramgarh.
