| Parmaarth distributes face shields to Municipal Council, Poonch | | |  Early Times Report
Poonch, June 8: With the government’s guidelines making it compulsory for everyone to wear masks while stepping out for important work, Parmaarth: Service Before Self, a Charitable Trust has taken it upon itself to make home-made face shields for the corona warriors and the needy, so that they stay safe. The Chairperson of the Trust, Ms. Richa Sharma has started a drive to identify the frontline Corona warriors in her hometown Poonch and provide them with home made shields. This time volunteers of PARMARTH have handed over 150 hand made reusable face shields to President Municipal Council Poonch, Adv. Sunil Sharma so that it can be distributed to sanitation workers, sweepers and officials working in Municipal complex.
While talking to the Media persons, Dr. Richa Sharma, Chairperson of the Trust laid down stress on proper awareness and necessary precautions to mitigate the morbidities attached with the current pandemic. And she thanked Sh. Sunil Sharma and others for their continuous efforts, amidst the sensitive situation, towards the safety of the public for which they are working day and night.
Adv Sunil Sharma, President MC Poonch also laid emphasis on preventive aspects of this pandemic and appealed general public to follow administration guidelines in letter and spirit.
