Early Times Report

Jammu, June 19: In view o prevailing COVID-19 Pandemic, the University of Jammu, has come out with an online mechanism for filling up of Examination Forms for all the semesters in vogue.
University spokesman Vinay Thusoo here said that the decision has been taken to provide relief to the students who otherwise had to physically come to the University for filling up of their Examination Forms and deposition of the Examination Fee.
This facility has been created by Ravi Kant Verma and his entire team working in the Computer Section of the Controller Wing under the supervision of the Controller of Examinations, University of Jammu.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof Manoj Kumar Dhar has complimented the Computer Section and the Controller of Examinations for developing the online facility which of course is going to be a very useful mode of filling the examination forms and online fee deposition during COVID-19 pandemic and thereafter for the students of the University of Jammu. He further stated that the University is trying its best to make the examination related facilities more hassle-free and student friendly. He added that the candidates shall have to visit the University website (www.coeju.com) and click the required link to input course related information and to make payment of fee through online mode.
However, the candidates who opt for online submission of forms other than UG (semester system), BE(CBCS) and PG courses shall have to produce a copy of the receipt (downloaded at the time of depositing online fee successfully) to the concerned Examination Section of the University, as soon as the University is open for the public dealing, said the spokesman.
This way the students will be able to pay normal fee by due date(s) and the late fee (as the case may be) as per the fee structure for a particular course/examination, he added and said that a sitemap as developed by the Computer Section of the Examination Wing for various online applications is also available at www.coeju.com and it shall guide the students for navigation in any of the sections of the Examination wing.
“The Examination Wing has also developed a facility for Post-graduate students of Semester 1 and 3 of the Non-Choice Based Credit System for filling up the re-evaluation forms and payment of fee through online mode,” he added.
