| Abolition of SRO 202: After implementing this act, shameless BJP leaders now trying to take credit of its abrogation | | |

Jammu, June 19: It was during the regime of PDP-BJP government that highly controversial and discriminatory SRO 202 was enacted and implemented but same BJP leaders taking credit of its abrogation.
The SRO-202 was issued by the PDP-BJP government under the chief ministership of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on June 30, 2015, making it mandatory for the newly recruited employees to undergo probation for a five-year period on a paltry sum compared to the salaries and perks of their counterparts recruited before the issuance of the SRO.
“It is all due to the result of the party's tough stand that this discriminatory SRO has been removed”, BJP president, Ravinder Raina had reportedly said and claimed that they have raised this issue at every platform.
He thanked Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Dr. Jitendra Singh and other senior leaders for the tasking up and redressal of the issue.
Since 2015, BJP leadership has maintained a criminal silence over this discriminatory SRO but after its implementation BJP leaders came out to take credit of it.
Congress spokesperson was right when he said it was tip of ice-berg a relief to the youth but the PDP-BJP Govt. had left a mess of youth policy and anti youth decisions apart from piled up problems of youth and employees and demanded that such anti-youth and anti-employees rules should be reviewed and revoked and youth friendly decisions should follow. |
