COVID-19 guidelines flouted at many places in Samba Unlock-4 9/2/2020 11:51:16 PM Gurdas Kumar Early Times Report Samba, Sept 2: The guidelines of unlock 4 issued by the MHA of Government of India were seen flouted at GDC Samba where students were gathered for admissions purpose but college administration acting as mute spectator. CentrE had lifted the lockdown except the cantonment zone with the directions to Administration to maintain the social distance and also follow the medical advisory. But today was the first day of unlock 4. It was observed that the violation of social distancing and medical advisory was done in many business establishment, public places as well as GDC Samba. The admission of 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd Sem is on and the students were seen in high numbers without following the advisory of SOPs. The College Management and Administration have shut their eyes. The matter is very serious as many cases of COVID-19 +ve have been deducted within week in District Samba.
