| ADDC reviews developmental works of MC Ramnagar | | Stresses on Aadhaar seeding of CSS beneficiaries | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Sept 2: The Developmental works taken up by the Municipal Committee Ramnagar were today reviewed by Additional District Development Commissioner, Ashok Kumar here at a meeting with elected representatives of the Municipal body.
Threadbare discussions were held on various issues related to improvement of sanitation, augmentation of water supply, power scenario improvement, distribution of ration to rationees, expediting the execution of tendered works and other issues.
The ADDC asked line departments to work with zeal and dedication. He asked the R&B to start the estimation of MC works as per latest directions from the Government. He stressed on elected representatives to aware the beneficiaries of different Government Sponsored Schemes to seed their Aadhaar numbers with the bank accounts and also link aadhaar number with ration cards. He advised to follow the COVID-19 SOPs issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare GOI from time to time.
Earlier, the ADDC gave a patient hearing to the issues projected by representatives and assured them that their genuine issues would be resolved in a time bound manner. He directed the concerned authorities to redress the issues on priority.
Later, ADDC along with elected representatives of MC Ramnagar visited the sinking site in ward number -10 and took stock of the ground situation. He stressed upon the officers to speed up the pace of ongoing works and directed the concerned officer to personally monitor the progress.
