Early times Report
Udhampur, Sept 2: A body of Board of Directors of Devika Urban Cooperative Bank ltd., Udhampur was formed and have taken over the affairs of the Bank after a long gap of six years.
An Introductory meeting of newly elected BODs of DUCBL is held on 1 Sep 2020 and attended by newly appointed members namely RD Gupta, S C Abrol , Bansi lal Gupta, Diwakar Gupta and Rakesh Gupta in the presence of Chief Executive Officer Rakesh Sharma and Admin Manager Rajib Mohan Sharma.
In the meeting BODs unanimously elected R.D Gupta as Chairman of the Bank and S C Abrol as Vice Chairman. The newly elected Board has resolved to immediately disburse the Dividends to the Shareholders of the bank of last four years which due to be paid and is already provided in the Balance sheet of the Bank.
Moreover the Board of Directors have resolved to work for development and expansion of the bank and in this regard directed the Chief executive officer to look out and make the survey for opening of few more branches within the area of operation of the bank i.e Udhampur and Reasi Districts. |
