Jammu, Nov 9: The workers of Dogra Front under the leadership of President Ashok Gupta paid tributes (Shardhanjali) to for the bereaved Martyrs who laid down their lives at Machil sector, in Kashmir.
Candles were lighted, flowers and repose petals were showered on the pictures of the Braveheart Martyrs. Gupta dedicated the popular song ae mere watan ke logo to the martyrs. Zara aankh me bharlo pani; jo shaheed huye hain unki zara yaad karo kurbani. they sacrificed their lives to protect our country, to keep us safe and secure. Salutes Indian Army JAI HIND.”
As if Corona was not enough to fight with now, we must lose our brave hearts as well! Every soldier martyred is a loss no one can compensate for. Ashok Gupta said that we also mourn the demise/ Martyrdom of our brave hearts who laid down their lives for the nation as in this year we lost Colonel Ashutosh Sharma, Major Anup Sood, Naik Rajesh, Lance Naik Dinesh and various others.
Gupta saluted the supreme sacrifice of the jawans and lauded the courage and valour displayed by them while protecting the integrity and sovereignty of the country. |
